Curiosity

Curiosity is the first optical sorting machine designed for
full hygienic compliance in accordance with EHEDG guidelines.
This sorting machine combines innovation, lean design and state-of-the-art
vision technology, fully meeting the needs of safety, quality control, hygienic operation,
as well as easy and fast cleaning.

Driven by our powerful UNYCO software, Curiosity can detect all defects
that must be rejected, while at the same time protecting the sound product.
A vibrating feeder, integrated into the machine, carries the product into a
vertical chute, ensuring a stable falling trajectory.

Curiosity is available in three versions:

CY-600: optical field width 600 mm / 96 ejection valves
CY-1200: optical field width 1200 mm / 192 ejection valves
CY-1800: optical field width 1800 mm / 288 ejection valves
